Winter Activities Outdoor Skating Rink

The outdoor skating rink is ready! Many thanks to our custodian Mr. VanArragon and his helpers for their hard work and dedication making the rink.

Weather permitting it will be ready to use when students arrive back to school in January! The skating rink is very popular during recess and P.E. classes.

Skates and Helmets

To help reduce the risk of head injury, no one is permitted on the CCS ice rink at anytime without a hockey or bicycle helmet. Students are encouraged to bring skates and helmets (label them!) to school. There is a collection of skates and helmets for students to use, or to exchange. Donations of skates and helmets to our collection are very welcome!
