Welcome to our Online Order Form for gym clothes (t-shirts and shorts) for CCS students in grades 4 through 8. It is mandatory for students in Grades 4 to 8 to wear a gym uniform (CCS Logoed Heather Gray T-Shirt and Black Mesh Shorts) for their P.E. classes. Please use this form to order the items required.

Pricing:

Heather Gray T-shirts are $13 each

Black Mesh Shorts are $19 each

There are Youth (Y) and Adult (A) sizes available. The T-shirts tend to run a little small and will shrink when washed.

Please pay for your order by no later than Friday, September 6. Payment will be accepted via e-transfer (payment@ccshamilton.ca), cheque or credit card. For e-transfer and cheque payments, please note in the memo section that the funds are for your gym clothes order. Please DO NOT send cash to the office.

The school gym clothes order will be placed on September 9th, and gym clothes will be distributed to students once the order is received. In the meantime, please send gym appropriate clothing for your child(ren) to change into for their gym classes.
