Cross Country Weekly Run Check-in

Runners become stronger, faster, and more confident when they invest time and energy to their skill. This year we are hoping for each cross country runner to run at least once during the week outside of our scheduled practice times. Please fill in the form below; the results will be monitored by your coaches. What follows is a runners prayer to encourage you! 
 
Run by my side;
live in my heartbeat;
give strength to my steps.
As the cold surrounds me, 
as the wind pushes me, 
I know you surround me. 
As the sun warms me, 
as the rain cleanses me, 
I know you are with me:
Challenging me, loving me, 
and so I pray that this run
will bring glory to you.
