Boris Brott

This year’s Boris Brott was intense! I love rock and heavy metal, and they played all the songs PERFECTLY! I have only seen Boris Brott two other times, but all my friends said that this one was the best. I never really liked Boris Brott because I was never a huge fan of classical music and wasn’t really looking forward to this year. But I was shocked when I heard Crazy Train, Champions, We Will Rock You, and even One Republic! I thought is kind of cool how they combined classical music with rock n’ roll, and heavy metal. I was actually SAD when it ended. It was a great show, and I can’t wait until next year. \,,,/-Lucas dos Santos :)

This years' Boris Brott concert was amazing! About a week ago we all piled on the bus and went to Mohawk College to watch it. The title of the concert was “Rock the Orchestra”. We got to learn all about the history of Rock ‘n Roll mixed with Classical music. We went into the auditorium and waited for the concert to start. After about ten minutes Boris Brott came out to start the show. We started off with some basic music and then moved on to a speaker. The speaker was a man from The Hamilton Spectator. He writes about all about Rock n’ Roll and his favourite band was the Beatles. After he spoke for a little while, we listened to some Beatles songs and they were awesome! Soon after that a beatboxer. “Hachey the Mouthpiece” came out and did another Rock n’ Roll song. He was so amazing! After the first song he got the whole crowd to learn the basic beatboxing noises. Boots and Cats. Next we heard from a choir made of of people around our age and they were incredible! I loved the Boris Brott concert and I’m so excited to see what they have planned for next year!
