Welcome to our new Online Order Form for the items that your child(ren) may be responsible for during the upcoming school year. Please note that some items are for certain grades only.
There may be other student fees (ex. Gr. 6 Fair Glen trip, Gr. 8 Ottawa trip) and other fund raising activities (ex. outreach service projects, special needs, Fund Raising committee etc.) occurring during the school year. These fees and activities will be announced via the Courier.

Fill in ONE online form per student in JK through Grade 8.

 This form only allows payment by cheque, debit or e-Transfer.

REQUIRED FEES
The required items include Student Fund for all students, and recorders, gym clothes, agenda books, and instrument rentals for some students. If your child already has a recorder or band instrument, and gym clothes, then you do not need to purchase those items this year. The band instrument rental fee for grades 7 & 8 students is an annual fee; it helps absorb the rental costs of some of the instruments plus maintenance and replacement costs of all of the instruments.

STUDENT FUND
The Student Fund is a significant source of revenue that helps pay expenditures related to field trips, class trips, tournaments, field day, choir/band performances, awards, etc. Parents of students in the "Come-Along K" programs will be asked to pay for any field/class trips separately. To support the Student Fund, you can select one of two options - pay a $35 fee or have your child sell chocolate bars. Each box of chocolate bars has 25 bars, and they sell for $3.00 each. A full box is $75.00, and a half box (for SK) is $39.00. Your 2 options are: Option #1 Pay now, or, Option #2 Sell Chocolate Bars. If you choose to sell chocolate bars, then there is the option of paying now, or sending a cheque to the school office, post-dated for October 31.
