Calvin Christian School is all about assisting parents by providing Christian instruction for children in grades JK-8. The instruction that is provided, whether it is about history, math, art, music, French, computers etc., is very much Christ-centered, teacher-directed and child-oriented.

 

Each year, we focus on a Christian theme which captures our Christian perspective and the reason for our existence as a Christian school.  This year, we are celebrating the theme:  Run the Race.  Christians are called to run the race with perseverance and with their eyes fixed on Jesus.  We should not allow ourselves to be distracted by sin and wrongdoing for these things will cause us to stumble and lose our focus on Jesus.  Jesus delights in parents, teachers and students working and praying together, caring for one another, and using their gifts for His glory.  That's what it means to run His type of race.
